Job Description:

1. IT Management

• Responsible for the IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, security, and support.
• Maintain and update regularly on IT network and equipment.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data, and oversee compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot the company's virtual and physical servers and individual users' computers.
• Ensure availability, necessary quality, and security of IT services (manufacturing and administration workplaces IT equipment and network) delivered to the business entity.
• Responsible for assigning or solving incoming tickets in a timely manner.
• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time.
• Order IT equipment under defined standards and install, configure hardware and software, and printers according to company standards.

• Maintain effective communication with suppliers, technology vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address IT needs and challenges.
• Liaise with Global IT Team for IT Operations including infrastructure, applications, security, and support.

• Manage IT equipment’s records and documentation for compliance and record keeping purposes.
• Responsible for tracking and measuring IT processes and security according to defined KPIs.

• Support on general admin roles of office.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Proven 3 years’ and more of experience in IT executive roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage supplier relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written communication.
