Job Description:
- Operate and maintain ICT/FCT testing equipment to ensure proper software execution.

• Create test scenarios for functional, performance, and reliability testing based on product requirements.
• Work with customers on testing techniques and processes.
• Keep test equipment calibrated and maintained for accurate measurements.
• Troubleshoot and repair testing equipment as needed.
• Install and verify testing instruments for new products.
• Support upgrades and changes to equipment and software.
• Develop testing plans and provide quotes for new products and upgrades.
• Collaborate with suppliers on test programming and equipment maintenance.
• Identify and resolve issues in product testing.
• Improve test processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Work with teams to implement process improvements.
• Create automated test solutions to enhance testing efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug failed products to find solutions.
• Program and maintain ICT/FCT test systems for proper software execution.
• Implement corrective actions based on test findings.
• Document test procedures, results, and defects clearly.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven 5 years of experience as an Electronic Test Engineer or in a similar role within electronic manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, test methodologies, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiar with different types of testing and programming equipment.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, both internally with departments and externally with customers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written communication.
