Finance
1. Accounts Payable (Primary Scope)
Key-in supplier invoices into IFS accurately and promptly.
Perform invoice matching and verify supporting documents.
Maintain proper filing for all AP documents.
Prepare payment vouchers and assist in scheduling payments according to supplier due dates.
Support monthly AP reconciliation.
2. Financial Recordkeeping
Assist in maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other financial records.
Ensure all financial documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with internal guidelines.
3. Financial Reporting Assistance
Assist in compiling data for month-end and year-end closing.
Support in preparing audit schedules and documentation.
4. Audit & Compliance Support (if applicable)
Help ensure financial documents comply with company policies and internal controls.
Support audit checks under supervision.
Human Resources
1. Human Resources
· Assist in general worker recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding.
· Maintain daily attendance, OT and leave records
· Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
· Support Finance & HR team in other ad-hoc tasks as required.
2. General Administrative Tasks
· Maintain the office environment, including the canteen, pantry, and surrounding areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper organization.
· Manage office supplies, track inventory, and coordinate stock counts for the pantry, personal protective equipment and store inventories.
· Handle visitor management, including registering guests, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring smooth check-in/out procedures.
· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors related to office and factory regular maintenance.
Engineering
· Assist process and product engineers in PCB assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
· Support the preparation of process documentation.
· Support in production line performance, including yield and quality metrics.
· Participate in failure analysis and root cause investigations for defects or production issues.
· Coordinate with cross-functional department of quality, production, supply chain to support NPI (New Product Introduction) and ongoing production.
Requirement
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Good communication skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
