Job Description:

  • Responsible for handling ICT/FCT test failures during production and ensuring quick line changeovers.

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly calibration, maintenance, and repair of production test equipment.

  • Optimize ICT test programs to reduce downtime

  • Analyze ICT/FCT test failures and document findings in test analysis reports

  • Prepare and maintain ICT/FCT test work instructions (WI)

  • Maintain proper 5S and ESD practices; ensure separation of RoHS and non-RoHS tools

  • Support test engineers in resolving production-related issues

  • Supervise and coordinate servicing and maintenance of test technical system.

  • Conduct regular technical training for operators on products and equipment, including mock assessments.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of working experience in an electronics or EMS company

  • 3–5 years of experience in ICT/FCT within an electronics company

  • Proficient in operating and maintaining TS124 or 228X equipment, as well as other brands of test equipment.

  • Skilled in using and handling test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering irons.

  • Knowledge of electronic circuit schematics and basic understanding of various electronic components.

  • Familiar with ISO quality systems and relevant IPC standards

  • Good knowledge of 5S and ESD practices

  • Experience in semiconductor device testing is an added advantage

  • Possesses structured and systematic thinking; proactive and adaptable.
