Job Description:

  • Responsible for all SMT processes and equipment, such as printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, etc., including developing equipment programs and setting optimization parameters.

  • Regularly maintain the above equipment.

  • Develop equipment operation and maintenance guidelines.

  • Develop product flow charts, process routes, and work instructions.

  • Resolve and analyze technical and quality issues in daily production, and analyze and handle defective products from downstream processes. - NPI and transfer projects responsible for the above processes.

  • Submit effective and professional DFM reports after trial production.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects according to KPI requirements.

  • Communicate with equipment suppliers. - Regularly train relevant technical personnel and operators.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry, with extensive SMT process experience and technical foundation.

  • Proficient in using Fuji series pick-and-place machines and programming.

  • Proficient in oven temperature testing, assessment, and optimization.

  • Familiar with SMT component and PCB manufacturing processes.

  • Proficient in CMK measurement and using various statistical and analytical tools to improve yield and efficiency.

  • Proficient in IPC specifications for SMT processes.

  • Familiarity with TS16949 and ISO13485 process requirements is preferred.
