Job Description:

• Assist in receiving activities, including checking quantity, part number, and basic documentation.

• Support inventory transactions in the ERP (IFS) system, such as goods receipt, stock transfer, stock issue, and adjustment entries.

• Assist in regular stock count, cycle count, and physical inventory checking.

• Support shop order kitting activities to ensure materials are prepared accordingly for production.

• Assist in Kardex stock updates and adjustment activities based on approved records.

• Help to maintain proper labelling, storage, and material arrangement in the warehouse.

• Support investigation of inventory discrepancies together with Warehouse team members.

• Assist in filing and maintaining warehouse documents and transaction records.

• Follow company procedures, safety rules, and warehouse housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

• Supply Chain, Logistic, warehouse or relevant field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
